- Appointment scheduling and pipeline management
- Online reputation and review management
Services are provided on a month-to-month or project basis as outlined in individual service agreements.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms or other channels, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Ascent at the phone number provided, including:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Lead alerts and follow-up messages
- Promotional and marketing offers
- Service updates and notifications
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your interactions and the services you receive.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will not receive further messages.

Work product created specifically for a client (e.g., custom websites) becomes the client's property upon full payment. We retain the right to display client work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are due as outlined in the applicable agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services, including lead generation, revenue growth, or search engine rankings.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascent and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascent and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
